3. Prohibited Operational Conduct

Users and client applications shall not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source algorithms from the cloud index engine.
• Utilize automated scripts to flood platform API nodes beyond agreed-upon SLA rate limits.
• Bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized directory escalations, or store illicit material within indexed asset metadata.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, index visualization graphs, and software architecture associated with Nexlistopentral remain the sole property of .

5. Limitation of Liability

Nexlistopentral is provided "as is" and "as available". In no event shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from asset downtime, cloud API rate limiting, or data sync delays beyond reasonable administrative control.
